To avoid burning of corn while on grill soak the corn in the water for almost 15 minutes. Take out the corn from water and shake it. Now place the corn on grill and cover with the lid. When the corn husk is charred, dry and turns into black, your corn is cooked. With the help of tongs remove the corns from grill and remove the husks. Remove the silk if there is any. Rinse warm water on it to remove ash. Butter the corn and sprinkle some salt on it. Your delicious corns are ready to eat. Some people suggest buttering the corn after soaking and before grilling. If you like it this way you have to take some butter, add two teaspoons of salt, one teaspoon of ground pepper, pinch of basil and half cup of fresh shredded Parmesan.
